machine, a Necchi, and got the
zipper in my peddle-pushers and
my blue suit skirt, and took in the
waistband on my black skirt.
It's lots easier now. Then I did my
ironing and mended a couple of
slips. Then I sat down to the
typewriter. I stopped only for a
couple of 15 minute rests, a surprise
visit from Charles, and a phone
call from Burns, and I got it
all finished and my sheets a
lphabetical by 5:00. I have 65
family group sheets typed up now
on that line. Charles is going to
help me check them back and cross-
check them tomorrow, and it may
take a couple of evenings. The
library opens Monday, so we can
working on the Smith line.
I found out something about
Great-Grandmother Evans; the one
Dad wanted me to work on if
possible.
